Butter is an important part of the average american diet. From this article I learnned that butter is not as bad as everyone hypes it up to be. Contrary to belief, margrine is actually the bad stuff. Butter actually is good for you in decent amounts. However, organic, grass fed butter is the best for you. Although it may not be as cheap as margrine or normal butter it is filled with vitamins and antibiotics.

I learned that butter is known to be this unhealthy, processed fat that people consume daily, but it turns out the good butter comes from organic and grass- fed butter. Butter is a good saturated fat that is perfectly fine to have along with your meals. Just dont over do it on the butter. Just a light spread is fine. Butter is also known as a superfood that contains many vitamins and minerals in just one stick. Everybody thinks that butter is just extra calories but it can be so much more if you stick with the orgainic kind and not the processed one.

This article is really eye opening to see some of the benefits of butter. Butter does have saturated fats, but not the unhealthy kind. We need some of these fats everyday and butter provides for most of it. Butter is also very good for you. It contains many good things like vitamins A, D, and E. But too much butter isn't very good and will lead to unnecessary health problems.

I think this topic about butter is very important to the U.S right now in regards to the types of butter that are out there. I understand now from this article that some people believe that they are putting more chemicals into butter. I know nobody wants that and I know that if you put that stuff into your body its going to have a nasty affect on it. I think we can clean up this mess and make butter a better thing to consume then it is now. I think reading this article, I'm sure that making better more nutritional butter is much better then "I cant believe its not butter". with that being said I think farmers and the scientist should stop their madness and come to a solution.

During my reading of this "butter digest" so to speak. I learned that maybe butter isn't so bad for you on a entire scale. Butter actually contains many of the vitamins your body craves for such as, CLA, A, K2, D, and E. All these are essential for a body to function at full capacity. I also learned that butter can enhance your teeth, since most animals eat some of the "greens" that humans refuse to eat, they are passed on to us and we are even given some of the benefits from them.

What I learned about butter was that every other butter besides grass-fed butter is bad for you. Grass-fed butter has many nutrients in it that other types of butter don't. I always thought butter was bad for you in general, but I learned the opposite. Butter has many key vitamins to help everything from your weight to your immune system. Butter is good but you shouldn't have it every day. Keep it to a minimum and treat yourself to it once in awhile, not everyday.

This article shows that butter and it's saturated fat is not the thing that everyone should be worried about. In fact it's margarine which was created to be the healthy alternative. The fact is organic grass fed butter is actual full of nutrients your body needs and is very beneficial to your health. Margarine on the other hand is man made, full of artificial dyes, ingredients and preservatives which are all detrimental to your health. While butter is shown to be good for you this is only in moderation, you can't eat too much or else you'll just end up fattening up.

I learned that margarine was believed to be a healthy substitute for butter, that had been demonized in previous years. But margarine really wasn't as healthy as people thought it would be and people began to buy butter more and more. I learned that saturated fats are not as unhealthy as people make it out to be, and butter can actually enhance your health. Butter is also filled with useful nutrients like Vitamin A. But at the end of the day, butter can be good for you, but still has to be taken in moderate doses.

I find this article slightly misleading. It is trying to tell you that butter is healthy and good to put into your diet. It isn't. Butter is just a healthier choice compared to margarine. The article is also telling you to buy raw, organic butter from the milk of grass fed animals. I'm not sure but I doubt this type of butter gives the same satisfaction as margarine. Although butter does contain CLA which helps reduce body fat, along with Vitamins A, D, E & K2. This all helps you stay healthy. Be careful not to think all butter is healthy, only raw organic butter.

I never realized margarine was that bad for you. I had read stuff about reduced fat products being filled with sugar before, yet that makes me wonder what they put in reduced sugar products. I also had no idea organic butter was a thing. I've never seen anyone at the Woodstock farmer's market carry organic butter, but maybe I can find it at Caputo's or something. It's surprising to see butter has so many vitamins and minerals, like zinc and selenium. Although everything bad I've heard about butter appears to be untrue, I guess the rule of moderation still applies.

I think it was interesting to find out that butter can be healthy for you. I always believed butter was super bad for you and just made you fat, but if you manage your dose and get organic leafy butter than it has vitamins and minerals. It is reccommended that you dont buy margarines or fake butters, they can lead to diabetes. This is important because butter is used everyday in almost every food thought of to man. Next time your at the store consider getting real butter.

I've learned a lot about butter from this article. First of all, the saturated fat in butter isn't terrible for you. The thing that's terrible for you to eat is sugar and processed foods. Also, the best type of butter you can eat is organic or 'grass fed'. Grass fed has a lot of nutrients in it because the animals that it comes from only eat plants. Next, butter has a lot of perks! One example of this is CLA. CLA helps to reduce fat, protects against cancer, and helps your muscles. Lastly, one important thing to remember is that butter, like most foods, is good in moderation.

Butter is an important topic to be knowledgable about. This article enforms me of all the chemicals some people believe that is being put into butter. Even though butter has an increased amount of saturated fats, it provides alot of vitamins as well. The article "Butter Me Up" leans to the side of butter being a food that is good for you. And butter can be good for you as long as it is used in moderation.

The article talks about how butter is a good thing to have in your diet. For the past few years people have talked about how it is a bad thing to eat. People should eat grass-fed butter. This means that the animals that are used to make butter should eat green grass. The article also talks about how we should not eat as much sugar and processed foods because they cause more harm than butter does in our diet.

I have always thought that margarine was healthier and better than butter. Yet grass feed organic butter is. The secret behind grass feed organic butter is its higher in nutrients then processed butter. Butter includes vitamins such as vitamin A,D,E and vitamin K2. To keep a balanced diet its best to have butter a couple times per week. This is good to know since I love butter and toast and I eat it everyday and I love drowning crab into butter its amaing🍔🍟♡.♡💕💕😜

People all around the world have butter on some sort of food almost everyday. Margarine has proved itself to be unhealthy. It has lead to obesity, diabetes, and heart disease. Butter is now found to actually be good for you. Research shows that raw, organic, grass fed butter actually gives many body benefits. Butter includes CLA, which helps reduce body fat, protects against cancer, and encourages muscle growth.

From this blog, I learned about the health value that butter brings to the table. From a young age, you are taught that fats are bad for you, and that butter is essentially fat incarnate. it is very interesting to learn about benefits that butter brings you, with vitamins, minerals, and compunds that actually reduce fat! It just goes to show that you can't trust everthing that gets presented to you as fact.

Butter is definitely an overlooked topic in the United States as it is stereotyped to be completely horrible for health and has not been identified for what is truly is. It was surprising to hear that butter contains vitamins A, D, E, and K2, and important nutrients including conjugated linoleic acid, lecithin, selenium, magnesium, zinc, copper, iodine and others. Although this is true, I feel that the saturated fat in butter is not necessarily preferred, and although it contains certain vitamins and minerals, I believe there could still be better food choices containing these nutrients. Also, according to this article, only organic types of butter have these good nutrients for the body. Unfortunately, the majority of consumers do not have the extra money to spend on a specialized type of butter when the money could instead be used on things of more importance. I believe that margarine should not be blamed for the problem of obesity, but the proportions and amounts of foods that people consume is the real issue. I agree that people should use butter in moderation. To solve the obesity problem in our country, it is essential to control amounts of foods put into our bodies.

Butter can be a healthy diet in many ways. Butter can enhance your health such as raw organic and grass-fed. Butter that is made from pasture or grass-fed animals would be higher in the nutrients than the butter that is from factory-farmed animals. Also, butter is a superfood because it contains health-supporting vitamins and minerals such as CLA, Vitamin A, Vitamin K2, Vitamin A, D, and E, and some minerals would be magnesium, iodine, ecithin, selenium, zinc, and copper. Although butter is good, it would be a good idea not to overload yourself with too much butter. It can add a lot of calories to your meal, so having it occasionally would be a good diet, and this is how butter can be healthy.

I didn't know any of that. To be honest, I don't understand what kind of nut would care about all this. I CERTAINLY don't understand what kind of nut would want to replace the foods that humans have eaten for hundreds of generations, the foods our bodys are BUILT to use, with man-made substitutes when we still have things to learn about the human body. We still don't understand how the body uses food. Oh, and I'm also going to wait until the greedy corporations who would feed you poison-and DO-if they could get away with it while making money don't control the market before I touch any kind of man-made, new-age food substitute.

I think this is a great article because butter and margarine are substances we use in our everyday cooking. This article informs us on how butter is healthier than margarine, yet we though it was the other way around for years. Margarine is just a butter substitute that increased levels of obesity, heart disease, and diabetes. Why would we use that when there are so many benefits for using butter. The article states that butter has CLA, vitamins A, E, D, and vitamin 2K. The article also tells us not to use too much butter per week which makes sense because of all the calories, but now we know that its better than margarine.

I think that this was an interesting article because I think most people would regularly assume that a substitute, such as margarine, would be healthier for you when it turns out it's not. I always thought margarine was better for you than butter, too. But it's a good thing to know that butter is the better choice because I use it for a lot of foods. I learned that butter actually does a lot of good for your body. It has a lot of vitamins and minerals that the body needs in it. I learned that because margarine is processed and has lots of preservatives, it's worse for you. And that makes a lot of sense. I think more people should know about this, but also take the moderation of butter into account as well.

It says that you need saturated fats, and getting reduced saturated fats wont make heart diseases go away. Instead you should eat saturated fats from oils, nuts, avocados and butter. The best butter you can have is the raw organic kind. So think about getting that if you want butter. If you eat a lot of butter in a week all it will do is add extra calories to your everyday eating diet. So try to limit the amount of butter you consume. The pasteurized version of butter is so much better for your body. So overall you need a little butter in your life but don't go crazy with it and try to get the raw kinds.

I learned that substitutions for the real thing aren't always going to be healthy. Margarine has become even more unhealthy than the real thing, butter. Also most people think that saturated fats are what causes most of people's heart disease risks but I learned that the real problem is all of the sugars and processed foods. Before reading this article, I never understood the difference between organic and nonorganic butter, besides organic butter being healthier. Some things I did not know was that the plants the animals eat give more minerals and nutrients for the organic butter, and also people have a lower chance of getting clogged arteries. Even though that organic butter is better and healthier for people, I doubt that people will start buying organic butter, and also in the article it mentions that some organic butter can not be bought at supermarkets, but can be bought at a farmers market. As we were told by many TV ads, butter is not the way to go and the commercial included "Can't believe it's not butter" or a margarine based product. However after reading this article, I think more people should be informed that butter should be a part of our diet, due to its benefits on the body. The benefits that butter include are Vitamin A, Vitamin K2, Vitamin A, D and E, and CLA. I think not many people in the U.S. know the difference between butter and margarine and they need to know that margarine is worse for you. A lot of people don't realize the amount of processed food put into butter substitutes these days and they need to learn that the raw, organic, grass-grown butters are healthy for you. With the saturated fats, people these days think that any kind of fat is bad for you, when really only trans fat is the one that is completely unhealthy for you. A really important thing in this article is managing how much butter one eats, because most people think that if it's good for you, they can have as much as they want but don't realize that too much can harm you. I learned that eating butter is actually a good thing for you versus eating the human made substitute that is margarine. The reason butter is better for you is because it has saturated fat in it which has lately been proven to be good for you in controlled amounts. But, butter is better for you if the cows that made the butter were grass fed. The reason why grass fed cows are better to get the butter from than the factory-farmed animals is because the cows being fed the grass carry more nutrients than the factory-farmed animals. But, butter can still be bad for you if you eat to much of it. The reason why it is bad for you in large amounts is because it would had extra calories that are not needed.

I don't think many people know that butter is actually good for a person in the correct proportions. People think of butter as a bad food that makes you fat. This isn't always that case though. Butter has important nutrients that help the body, people just need to learn to use butter in proper proportions.

I feel that not only do people buy margarin because it seems healthier, but because it lasts longer. I've never seen real butter being sold by the tub. Also, I feel that even if margarine has less saturated fat, manufacturers make up for it by adding some kind of chemical I've never heard of before, to make it taste as if it were butter. The bottom line is that if you are to eat something butter related, just eat regular butter. At least you know what it's made of and it can be good for your health if you don't eat too much.

I think butter is a good way to get a lot of essential vitamins like Vitamin A, K2, D, and E and i think this affects me because my family uses a lot of butter in their food but make sure to not go overboard on it.

I learned that small amount of butter can be good for. I always thought butter was very unhealthy for you. I don't like butter that much but I know it is in a lot of food I eat. Now I can tell my family and friends that small amount of butter is better than fake butter, and they should buy real butter instead. If I ever eat butter I know to eat real butter and a small amount of it.

Despite popular opinion in modern American society, butter has once again proven to be a healthier alternative than its artificial substitutes like margarine. The idea has been for years that butter, being a saturated fat, would lead to increased heart disease risk and other unhealthy effects. This, however, is false, as saturated fats can be an important part of a healthy diet too. Butter, like any other part of a balanced diet, must be eaten in careful amounts, too much or too little could lead to problems. The good news is, though, that when eaten in moderation butter will, in fact, help your body by providing it with important vitamins and minerals.

I think it is harder to tell in this modern world what we are putting into our body's. I think butter is good because we have been eating it for thousands of years and we never had weight problems.

From the article, I have learned some new things. First, I did not know margarine was created to replace butter which was thought to be "really bad" for you. Second, I didn't know that reducing saturated fats, included in butter, yielded no effects. Third, I thought butter had more harmful effects on you than good. Also, butter is healthier than margarine. Finally, I didn't know about the vitamins packed in butter.

One thing that I learned from this article that was very interesting to me was the fact that there was a time where margarine was chosen over butter. Butter may actually be healthy for you, but only certain kinds, such as those that are organic and grass-fed. Originally, the theory was that cutting down on saturated fat is beneficial to the prevention of heart disease. According to the article, this may not necessarily be true. It states that cutting back on saturated fats might do the opposite of what you want it to do. I also learned that organic butter is actually very nutritional, containing vitamins A, D, and E.

After reading the article, I was surprised to see that back then that butter was considered unhealthy and that margarine was suppose to be healthier but in fact it's the other way around. Butter is more healthy than margarine because it can help trim body fat. It also has many different types of vitamins that can protect you from diseases. Vitamins A, D, and E are antioxidants that are essential to good health. It also contains Vitamin K2 which helps to support bone density.

I learned that butter, surprisingly enough, is actually good for you. Used correctly and eaten minimally, that is. After all of the years of labeling butter as a terrible food, organic, grass fed, non pasteurized butter is very good for you and full of vitamins. It is important for all people to know this because i think it is fair to say that butter and margarine are two very broad and confused topics among Americans. The sooner that we educate ourselves on topics like these, the sooner we can start leading a healthier country and start making healthier decisions while shopping for food.

From the article, i learned that margarine is actually very bad for you. I also earned that butter can be health for you if used in the right proportions. butter contains many key vitamins to a health life and we shouldn't neglect butter just because of its unhealthy stereo types. Also, butter is healthiest for you if its from cows that are fed green vegetables and grass.

I learned many things about butter by reading this article. To start out, I learned Mad Men is an insightful show that supplies knowledge to its viewers. I also learned that butter can be healthy. Butter is the healthiest when it is raw organic or grass-fed. The next best butter, I learned is organic butter. I have realized, from this article, that salt butter isn't exactly what I should be eating.

I never really viewed butter or margarine as very healthy, but its good to know which one is better for me. Personally, this article doesn't really change the way I eat because my family never really ate margarine, we always stuck to regular butter. But I do know people who eat margarine as a butter substitute and I'll try to spread the word about how bad it is for you. Even though they may not change their habits, they should still know which one would be better intake.

There's many things I didn't know about butter, or even thought I knew but wasn't necessarily the truth because of stereotypes. After reading this article, I learned a lot about what's really behind the word 'butter'. Not all butters are made the same, leaving 'raw organic' & 'grass-fed' to be the best for you. Also, saturated fats aren't all as great as they are said to be. Reducing the amount of saturated fats you intake does not reduce your heart risk. The things that are really responsible for dietary problems are sugars & processed foods. This article benefited me by informing more on butter & the things I really should be staying away from for the future.

I've always thought eating butter was bad for you so i stopped. After reading this article it said butter is not necessarily bad for you. There are butters that are organic and good for your body. It's pact with different types of vitamins like A, D, E, and K2. Butter is good for you if you have the right amount.

I learned that butter has become healthier to eat. The best types of butter to buy is raw organic and grass-fed. Although butter was known to be unhealthy, it has been discovered that it can be a nutrition. It is still bad to eat butter often, but a few times a week is acceptable. Vitamins discovered in a stick of butter is A, D, and E. It has also been known to protect against cancer and encourage muscle growth.

I learned that butter can be good for you. It said processed food is worse than the saturated fat found in butter. Also, if i want a healthier butter, i should get and organic, grass fed butter. Another thing is butter has vitamins A,D, and E which are all good for me. Finally, butter is only good for me if i don't "overdose" on the butter. So in conclusion, butter is a healthy thing to put on my food for some vitamins and saturated fats, but if i have too much there is more cons than pros.

In this article that i read i learned several different things about butter. I learned that buying butter organic and grass-fed has higher nutrients for you than just regular butter. I also learned that adding butter to your meal means adding more calories as well. Choosing no butter and not gaining more calories than choosing butter and having more calories put onto my meal and my body sounds like a better choice.

I learned that organic butter is considered to be healthier than man-made counterparts. Organic butter is considered a super food because it has vitamins and acids that can prevent cancer. Also, the saturated fats that are in butter aren't considered to be the worst thing for you. Lastly, organic butter had much more nutrients than processed butter.

I learned that fat is not necessarily bad compared to other things we are eating (sugar, processed foods). Also that butter can actually be good for you. And that you should use butter, but only in moderation to get the best of its benefits. I also did not know there was such thing as organic butter. Lastly, I learned most man-made butter substitutes are much worse than natural butter and the choice between the two is easy.

Personally I use margarine. I've never thought about what it actually was. But hearing the article describe it makes it sound gross.Butter is natural Organic and grass-fed is the best kind. However, just like everything else, you have to watch the portion size.

I don't find this entirely surprising, since the raw and the non-genetically modified foods were consumed by people decades ago before us and they didn't have such health problems such as high cholesterol. Otherwise, I learned that sugar and processed foods are far worse than trans fats and that eliminating trans fats and replacing it with processed foods will increase heart disease by a lot more. I also learned that butter can be a super food, I would always think before that butter has nothing but fats. Its surprising to know that vitamins such as vitamins A, D, and E are included in butter. It's also nice to know that butter can protect you from cancer and promote muscle growth.

At first I was skeptical because all we ever learn is that butter is bad for you. At the beginning of the article it seemed like the author was saying that butter is so amazing that we should just eat that. I have now learned that small amounts of healthy butter is good for you. When the author puts it like this it does make more sense how it can be healthy if served in small amounts. But you better buy the raw organic and grass fed butter because that is the best.

I thought the article was very informing. I did not know that butter had any positive health effects on you. I thought it was totally negative for your health. Raw organic and grass fed is the kind of butter that is recommended to avoid harmful ingredients and chemicals. Saturated fat isn't the top dietary public enemy, its sugars and processed food. Butter also has a nunber of nutrients as well. This includes CLA, vitamins A, K2, D, and E.It also has many other elements such as mg, zn, cu, se and i and more. It is good to eat butter in moderation.

The article taught me that butter could be surprisingly good for you- as long as you don't go overboard. After all the years of people dissing butter and praising margarine, the tides have finally turned. Butter is actually super good for you, with plenty of vitamins minerals and nutrients in it. But the only way to get the most out of butter, is to buy it organic, raw and grass-fed. Although you'll probably have to pay more for it, it will most definitely pay off in the long run.

I learned that butter is once again a healthy alternative even though it is so promptly talked down. Of course you shouldnt eat a stick of butter. Butter still relates to obesity while sugar is still equaly bad to have. Butter also relates to high cholesterol and having high cholesterol is bad. Its beter to have grass-fed or real butter - not man made.

Knowing more about butter is very important to people right now because of all the types of butter that are out in stores today. I think we can fix this and make butter a better thing to eat than it is now. After reading this article, I'm now more sure that making butter more nutritional is a much better idea than making some 'butter' that says things like "I cant believe its not butter" or "Isn't butter" and whatnot. With that said, I think whoever makes butter should stop making artificial butter and just come to a solution to make it better for you.

I learned that butter actually isn't such a bad thing to eat. It has good nutrients and vitamins. Although it still has fat in it, it is good to have but only on occasion. Also its better to get organic raw butter. It is better to get that because it is usually fresh and not sent through a company that adds things, rather then it be fresh from the farm. So now I know that butter isn't as bad as people say it is, and that it is okay to use in a meal just not to use so much of it.

I think this article is one of the best ones to read about seeing it shows the world how bad butter and margarine is for you. It says that margarine was made to stop obesity and all that but here yet it was only making it worse. Is should show people that if its not broken don't try to fix it. Also it does say that margarine is one of the worst things for you so just stay away from it.

This article has taught me about the undermined benefits of butter. Everything that I had known is a lie. I've always thought that butter would bring certain unhealthiness and heart risks until now. Butter is tasty and can really enhance some flavors, so this article means a lot to me. Now that I am aware of butters potential to carry Vitamins A, D, E K2, and even some CLA, I can now resume my consumption of butter without worry of health or disease. Margarine, on the other hand, deserves a special place to rot on the bottom of trashcans, with its sick and twisted processed contents and its misconception as a "healthy alternative". As a country, we must overcome these lies and turn to the only true truth- which is butter.

I learned that butter has turned out to be better than margin. Personally, I could never tell the difference of the taste between the two, but I always stuck with butter. Although margin was made to be healthier it can actually cause a lot of health problems. It is nice to know that grass-fed butter actually contains a lot of nutrients. As long as we eat it in moderation, grass-fed butter is good for you.

I find this article slightly misleading. It is trying to tell you that butter is healthy and good to put into your diet. to believe that they say its good stuff like that but it is very un healthy for you. also try to make it help obesity. The only way is exercise and eat healthy.
